ESI stands for Employee’s State Insurance a self-financing social security and health insurance scheme for Indian workers. ESI provides employees with less than Rs.15,000 monthly wages health and sickness benefits through a statutory scheme. Employees having 10 or employees have to register for ESI irrespective of the salary of the employees. In case all the Employees employed in the organization have a monthly wages of over Rs.15,000, then the organization would have to file a NIL return. ESI contributions must be made for all employees having a salary of less than Rs.15,000 per month. The employer must contribute 4.75% and employee must contribute 1.75% for ESI.

How to get EPF Registration?

 

EPF  is one of the important labour laws which provide financial security and stability to employees in an event that the employee is temporarily or no longer fit to work or at retirement. Employee Provident Fund (EPF) is implemented by the Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) of India.A company, factory or business unit employing 20 or more than 20 employees has to take registration under employee provident fund act mandatorily. Though they even  can take registration voluntarily when their employees strength is less than 20. After registration, EPF returns have to be filed mandatory every month.  A company has to deposit 25.61 % of salary (Basic + DA) of all employees ( of consented employees in case of voluntary registration) every month. Out of which, 12 % is deducted from salary of the employee, and rest amount is paid by the employer himself.

How to get ESI Registration?

ESI stands for Employee’s State Insurance a self-financing social security and health insurance scheme for Indian workers. ESI provides employees with less than Rs.15,000 monthly wages health and sickness benefits through a statutory scheme. Employees having 10 or employees have to register for ESI irrespective of the salary of the employees. In case all the Employees employed in the organization have a monthly wages of over Rs.15,000, then the organization would have to file a NIL return. ESI contributions must be made for all employees having a salary of less than Rs.15,000 per month. The employer must contribute 4.75% and employee must contribute 1.75% for ESI.
For ESI registration, you will have to apply online on ESIC website, and feed up details of all employees and afterwards, you will have to submit hard copy of all documents to nearest branch of ESIC.

IE Code stands for Import Export Code. Any person willing to import something to India or Exporting something from India has to get IMPORT EXPORT CODE.
