Business Entity Name

It is highly recommended that selling on any online ecommerce portal be done through a Limited Liability Partnership or Private Limited Company or One Person Company, as these entities are easy to start and provide limited liability protection. While selling online through ecommerce portals, the promoter of a business could be open to litigation or liability from customers / vendors due to a number of issues and therefore important to have limited liability protection. Address and Phone Number

VAT or CST Registration Information

Only for sellers selling books and other products not covered under VAT, VAT Registration is not required.
